ABOUT ME
PERSONAL TRAINER AND CERTIFIED PRE+POST NATAL COACH
I am a personal trainer and online coach based in Queenstown.
My purpose as a coach is to help you feel confident in the gym, help you feel stronger and healthier and show you what you are truly capable of.
I strive to educate my clients around different lifestyle choices for long term, sustainable results.
Specialising in pre and post natal exercise, I want to show women what is possible to do during pregnancy, rather than just avoiding certain exercises. I want women to feel strong and empowered throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey and educate them on safe and effective ways to train.

1:1 PT SESSIONS
I offer personal training sessions based in Queenstown, NZ.
If you like the motivation, accountability and social interaction of a trainer, along with immediate feedback on your form and technique, then personal training sessions are the perfect fit for you.
I will help you discover the incredible benefits of strength training and how it can boost your confidence and transform your body so you feel strong and empowered.
PT sessions are personalised to suit your individual goals.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching is great If you like the flexibility to train on your own schedule while still benefiting from personalised programming and weekly check-ins and support from a trainer.
Together, we will discuss your goals, strengths and weaknesses, and I will design a personal, progressive program for you to follow, either from a gym or at home.

12 WEEK PROGRAM
This is a budget friendly option for those looking to follow a gym based program. This 12 week program is suitable for all fitness levels, with a focus on building muscle and strength.
There are 4 workouts per week with an upper body/lower body split, all delivered via my training app. Each workout is roughly 45-55 minutes long. You will have 4 weekly check ins with me to discuss your progress and keep you on track. This program is not personalised.
THRIVE - LEVEL UP
12 WEEK PROGRAM
This program is a follow up to the original 12 week program where you will see more progressive and challenging exercises. You will spend the 12 weeks working on strength with your squats, bench, row and deadlift.
There are 4 workouts per week with an upper body/lower body split, all delivered via my training app. Each workout is roughly 45-55 minutes long. You will have 4 weekly check ins with me to discuss your progress and keep you on track. This program is not personalised.
HYRBID
12 WEEK PROGRAM
This 12 week program is suitable for those wanting to gain strength, cardio fitness and endurance.
Suitable for for all fitness levels, this program is split over 5 days, including upper + lower body strength, full body strength and conditioning, core and cardio intervals with a bonus weekly running program to get you running 5-10km
Each workout is roughly 45-55 minutes long, (running sessions vary). The program is delivered via my training app. You will have 4 weekly check ins with me to discuss your progress and keep you on track. This program is not personalised.
1:1 PRE NATAL
SESSIONS
I will show you how to safely train through each trimester and provide exercises and advice based on your personal pre natal needs. Learn what is possible to do in pregnancy and take the guesswork out of it. My 1:1 pre natal PT sessions focus on full body strength training and birth prep mobility exercises.
1:1 POST NATAL
SESSIONS
1:1 post natal training sessions will be planned specifically around your individual birth experience and fitness level. There is no one size fits all when it comes to returning to exercise postpartum, and recovery time will vary. Together, we will work on reconnecting to your core and regaining function in your pelvic floor, as well as postpartum specific strength and mobility exercises to help you feel strong and healthy as a new mum.
PRE + POST NATAL
ONLINE
PROGRAMMING
If 1:1 sessions aren’t your thing and you prefer to workout in your own time, then personalised pre/post natal online programming is a great option.
Your program will be designed into 4-6 week training blocks and suitable for your trimester.
The program will be delivered via my training app where you will have access to video demonstrations of each exercise. Just like online coaching, you will have weekly check ins with me to help keep you on track and make adjustments to your program when needed.
